Since 2012, Advanced Metal Finishers has been a family-owned business located near Brentwood, Essex. With our skilled workforce boasting over 25 years of experience in the coating industry, and our management team having collaborated for more than 20 years, we have cultivated expertise in the field. Furthermore, we have dedicated over 8 years to training our younger staff.
Our primary clientèle includes the lighting and retail industries, in addition to construction, medical, and electrical sectors. Over the course of 17 years, we have fostered strong business relationships with our loyal clients.
To accommodate our growth, we relocated to new premises in Ingatestone, Essex in February 2014. As part of this expansion, we proudly introduced a state-of-the-art online powder coating plant and box oven.
Having worked in the powder coating industry for over 25 years. Donna started working in the industry when she was 18. Although she was looking to be a professional sportswoman she took the job in powder coating and never looked back. The experience and knowledge she gained has been passed on to Chris and the rest of the team. Being a family business eventually this will be handed down to Clarissa & Oliver.
Clarissa has been with the company for 19 years and has been our Manager for 10 years. Clarissa is a valued & dedicated member of staff who is experienced and skilled in our specialised trade. She has a good rapport with clients and always ready for a joke or two.
Trevor has been with us for 6 years, also a valued member of staff, he is competent & knowledgeable in all aspects of production, he’s always willing to help and as long as he has plenty of coffee he is happy.
Mother to Donna, Pat has been in the powder coating industry the longest at 35 years mainly as office manager and also was working for a company selling powder to the industry. Pat is a very hands on within the business and is an important part of the business at 73 years old she is the work warrior with Donna.
Having been with the company for 9 years, he started working with us from an agency and we then employed him permanently. He works on the production line, where he is an extremely knowledgeable member of our team.
Our newest team member. He came out of University and is now learning everything there is to know about the powder coating industry. His passion is graphic design and this will be incorporated into the business at some point.
